All Staff are involved in various forms of discipleship including follow-up work with the many people who attend the various programs at Esperanza.

Mens Program

This 24 week on-site discipleship program is designed to provide a caring atmosphere to enable men to take an honest look at difficult areas in their lives and to choose healthy ways to change and grow. Prayer and bible study are a daily part of the program.

Employable skills taught may include instruction in: general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, small engine repair and maintenance, grounds keeping, first aid, boating safety course, welding, home repair and maintenance, auto care and maintenance, work ethics and team building, anger management, AA, employment skills, resume writing, job interview techniques.
