ECM strives to further Christís kingdom in the Philippines through campus ministries, church planting, pastorsí seminars, womenís groups, youth retreats, etc.

ECM operated under Evangelic Christian Trust from 1990 to 2007 when trustees retired and ECM continued on its own. It various ministries include:

Campus ministries: to college and university students since 1982, cooperating with Campus Crusade for Christ in evangelism and spiritual growth and providing a church-home-away-from-home for believers from out of town.

Church planting: main church, Bayombong, 1983, (largely student members). Over the years three small daughter churches (Nueva Vizcaya) were established, with five more affiliate churches from Ifugao and Mtn Provinces whose youth attended main church in Bayombong while studying at college or university.  All nine churches participate in the annual Family Camp during Easter and in Youth Camp during semester break.

Bayombong/Solano branch of Philippine Christian Book Store: established in 1983.

Small group Bible studies: in dormitories and homes for most of ECM's time in Bayombong.

1990's - Pastors' seminars: for up to 90 evangelical pastors and church workers, with pastors from Canada.

2000 (approx.) - Ibaloi “Jesus Film” dubbing translation: by Belen (one of our church workers) for her language group under “Jesus Film Project” of CCC.

2004-6 (approx.) -Youth Discipleship Training (YDT): Campus Crusade style retreats for college youth and high school students from our outreach and affiliate churches, at an affordable cost in order to include as many participants as possible.

2006 – Own building: Evangelical Church moved into its own building near Bayombong, NV, the provincial capital.

 Sally's Ministries include:
  * Nueva Vizcaya Christian Ladies' Fellowship started in the early 1990's; it continues to meet quarterly. 
   * Evangelical Bible School 1996-2006 (with Mila and local pastors as teachers) 9 to 19 students.
   * Interchurch ladies’ Bible study for the past 10 years.
   * Ministry to indigent seniors for the past five years through the NGO, “Join Hands for Christ”.

Atty Zaldy Tulingan: one of our church leaders, ordained and appointed Bayombong Evangelical Church pastor on March 2, 2014
